Hi folks,

I've just tried in vain PS CS3 (upgrade) to install windows because I get is a mac hp 7.0-key hab.
I actually thought that cross-platform upgrades in the newer versions are possible, or you need a special cross-platform versions?
can you help me there?

Since when that? Cross-platform upgrades have always been with a new transfer and associated serial numbers. Sorry, this had to with the phone support clarified.
