Good morning,
need urgent help - I am an absolute amateur. On Saturday there was added 1.5 Films anl the enrollment of our children. When we wanted to look at us, both films were covered with thick transom. It was said of the video head must be verschmußt. The Sonny Camera reported no warning.
Is there a Möglichkteit the movies to save? In Hinergrund images are visible, but the thick bars make it almost invisible??
Is such an important recording, he who knows way or companies that make something like this?

My Panasonic Camera shows s.and synonymous with those black bars on playback. The images are (but, so far always) correctly on the tape.
If other bands that were OK, now displayed as well?
Simply remove the tape and load times again. Perhaps playing time on a different camera.

Thanks for the quick response - we've tried - all other films are ok - just the two of them new, the beams must be happening at the Studio. Another idea ????????
