Probably in the fading range Dropped frame. Try out the 2 clips shorter.

the described effect occurs when in the timeline intersects a clip and then a soft aperture to the cut sets. Since the aperture of the meat adjacent clips used, works in the Aperture, but it is not visible, because the dazzling image parts are the same ... :-(
Simply slide the two clips together so that they overlap.
