Edius Neo produced at me strange crashes recently, and although whenever I try to import clips to the Bin window. At the latest after the click on the file to import, Edius Neo closes without warning and without saving. Even if I only add the file-open window, and select any file, Neo falls off after about ten seconds without Vorwanrung.
I get only clips in the Bin, as I open them individually in the main program and manual to shove Bin window. But even that only works with MPEG2 files, and when I try to open such as AVIs, Edius crashes when opening from direct as well.
Without Clip Import weiterschneiden I can now only s.den existing projects, but no new ones begin.
The problem occurs with the original version of Edius Neo 1 as well as been updated in version 1.1.
In my distress I installed the trial of Edius 2 boosters. These crashes under the same conditions, but ask before closing the application or whether it should send an error report s.Microsoft.
The complete removal and reinstallation of Edius brought no improvement.
About two weeks ago, I recently cut a small HD video with Edius Neo, and since the clip-Import still worked smoothly. Since then I have not installed any new software is more, it could have been possibly a Windows update (XP Pro).
Has anyone any idea how I can limit the mistakes and correct?
