Hi,
my PC103E since yesterday is suddenly no longer the zoom. He is at maximum telephoto and moves no more muck. It is not synonymous to hear if the Zoomwippe operated. Have there been synonymous with the remote control tested - because doing nothing is also therefore can not control rocker s.der lie. Have been synonymous Cam reset several times, as well as battery removed - nothing helps ....
My first question: I have not even given a chance what do you turn? Perhaps this is because only the mechanics in the end somehow jammed or something?
The other question: What would a repair at Sonyda so about cost or maybe it is more effective then the same but a new cam to buy?

Hello both,
if your not experienced with regard to dismantling, repair and assembly of optical systems have, then this is a case for the service.
What a repair will cost, I can not but you (probably) say yes because it is not clear what actually is broken.

I have this problem now more or less satisfactorily solved. Cam, the middle of April to the Sony authorized dealer because we brought s.11.05. wanted to go on vacation. Synonymous there was very friendly and helpful reception. It would have been after me to him, nothing lost, if, after finding out the error would result in a repair is not possible or would be useful. He has the part and then submitted it around the end of April came to him of the information that the repair of 149, - EUR costs and a replacement has yet to be procured. Then I gave it to 11.05. 10:00 clock as a "deadline" for the completion of what he called Cam synonymous as has been confirmed. I was then s.10.05. evening, sometimes where it just me but the information could indicate that the cam back via UPS on the way and was determined s.11. will arrive on time. When I then s.11. so around 10:30 I saw there was already s.seinem face that my cam was not there yet. He looked so with the last hope of the door and felt relieved "UPS is already down there - is equally determined." And in fact, drove the UPS car a half-minute later passed ..... He told me then, without another big talk Cam (brand new, but rather outdated VHS-C model without a monitor) inclusive bands and to remove only said that we will all resolve after the holiday.
Last Friday, I have now picked up my repaired Cam. It works again and has 149,-EUR tasted. He gave me the extra, unopened packet shown with the original UPS sticker. There was a notification of 09.05.! One might therefore think that 2 days for delivery by UPS should really rich - puff cake - it was only s.14.05. at. He has once again synonymous with UPS therefore called - they have cited their advertising slogan "85% of items are s.nächsten date established!" My Cam is one of the remaining 15% - no chance of any repayment.
What is now really broken, however, was synonymous to me, he could not say - of the price it is quite obscure but now you pay the already almost alone for someone that is part altogether in the hands and aufschraubt.
Now I have at least an intact again Cam and a holiday in the mediocre video quality ...
