Hello,
I will be on a DVD (is probably a double-layer) in addition to the usual (ie video and audio TS-TS) is still a folder with PDF files for the PC pack.
Now my question: Are there difficulties to be expected that some players (especially well Standalone) can not join us?

First, the reflectivity of the second s.der boundary layer of the DVD specification - older players have been given purely physico reading. And then there are some players once again stress, because they are unfamiliar with a DL disc as simply refuse the service.

Habe mal ein DVD DL discs and about 30 specimens of humanity among the dispersed. Not one has given me of a problem reported. Even on my ancient Sony DVD Player of 1999 plays the disc flawlessly.

aha, so there's not really a concrete statement. Can fold synonymous or not.
I think I will DL DVD `s to make, with the note that this problem when playing against a conventional double-DVD to be replaced.
The two projects to which it expands to me straight, approximately 20 and 50 pieces of runs, so I use the synonymous times as a test how many come back.

On the SonyDVP-S315 (predecessor model) are not even burned,

That it for DVD and CD needs different LET was known to me Precisely not. Industrial pressed CDs (and, funnily CD-RW) can be with the red laser to read very well. Only for CD-R's in the pants. It is synonymous not only s.Laser, but the other edge data (numerical aperture, etc.) technology.
