Hi folks!
I cut with Final Cut Pro, and now have a DV-AVI from Magix Video deluxe receive.
Is there any freeware for Mac or PC with one of the possible loss in Quicktime or Uncompressed video can convert?

Try it with MPEG Streamclip times. Here (PC) is Magix DV Avi-read and can be output as Quicktime, I tried the latter but not yet. The program is free, as there are Mac and Windows version.
