Frage von SteffenUp:Dear Slashcam community!
I have times a question about the search I've found nothing
(is synonymous irgendwie blöd describe)
.. after creating a composition in After Effects, I noticed that my imported footage in the preview window left and right has a black edge (synonymous top and bottom, but since very narrow).
The footage was with a Canon XM1 and recorded with PremierePro2.0 captured ..
As for me s.der whole thing is a bit puzzled: do I import footage
the one with CanonMV600i was, in AE you can preview window to see no black edges (the material was captured with Premiere also under the same settings and with the same player)
Draws the XM1 as "less" to image content and can be black borders? That somehow I can not quite imagine!
Achso, footage was recorded in 4:3
I hope the question is not too crazy :-) but the margins have greatly upset when compositing when footage of various uses Cams
Thank you!
Steffen

"Draws the XM1 as" less "to image content and can be black borders?" Yes, just as it is. So do many, if not all DV cameras this generation. For example, synonymous with the XL-1 is not different.

hmm, since I have only the possibility of the XM1 material in a composition to plug
.. there is to scale, so that the edges so grad and then disappeared with the Comp instead of the original footage with next to work ..
Cam wants to ne-ne ride on large color to make the individual clips are ..
