I know there are already many threads relating to 16:9 / 4:3, but I still have no answer to my problem:
How do I come from a DV movie into a 4:3 anamorphic 16:9 DV (not letterbox, but cut right and left) create?
Use TMPGEnc Xpress and Ulead Video Studio, but have no possibility to find the film material left and right crop (Pan + Scan). Or gives a freeware which can.
Reason is I have a 4:3 DV and wants from a 16:9 DV Film Scenes purely cut.

you can in the Ulead 16:9-material import and then enlarge it so that the full screen height position? The margins left and right while yes auto lost.
Since I do not have Ulead program, so my reference must remain vague. ;-)

Find in Ulead Video Studio does not support zoom function, just a different filter.
Did it with his tried Virtualdub with the following script attempts:
AviSource ( "C: \ 16.9.avi Movie")
SeparateFields ()
LanczosResize (928.576)
Crop (104,0,720,576)
Weave ()
But then the AVI was much too narrow and ran in slow motion?
Is there any other possibilities?

... and ran in slow motion ???... Ran it in the Preview in ZL? When you export the file then I think back to normal speed.

No, it is synonymous ran it after I had saved as an AVI in Media Player and had opened in slow motion and was much too narrow cut, and compressed (egghead-Effect)?
