Yesterday I had the Panasonic NV-GS280 purchased ... which in contrast to the GS300 does not DVin. Can someone tell me where I can get the unlock code for this camera?

I Would very surprised if there were. The days of the later unlockable DV-ins are over, unfortunately for some years.

Today, if you need DV-IN and yesterday until a camcorder you bought, why hast thou then not equal to the model used with DV-IN?
Besides the fact that it is current camcorder usually no more activations (there are so synonymous) for the GS280, would the subsequent activation may indeed be synonymous expensive than the additional cost for GS300.
Something is tested before purchase, not after. ;-)
