Frage von Der_KHAN:hello together, I use Edius 4.5 to my old vacation videos to cut and to cropping.
my ADVC saves me the movies already on the computer disk, if I but then again with Edius edit come with the much brighter picture back out. looks as if the gamma is higher, but synonymous, the image sharpness suffers significantly.
I've already nachgesehn if I accidentally filter any reingenommen hab, but there is nothing. seems as if any of the standard setting which I must make first, only what?
Antwort von PowerMac:
If nothing is rendered, it is a problem that is wrong with gamma has to do. The issue of gamma and video is not easy. Where are you looking at the pictures?
Antwort von Der_KHAN:
I've followed the video in Media Player Classic and in with VirtualDub and open the original video compared.
the new building (right) is pale and milky. fält especially in the dark areas, where black is a shade of gray. in the example here we see it especially s.den Shrubs:

Antwort von Markus (unangemeldet):
If it is before and after processing at DV-AVI? Or could be the codec used in the export may have had an influence, such as by a too high compression? Or is it perhaps an NTSC video and the IRE value was changed?

is both in the dv-avi pal format
Antwort von Markus:
Shortage sweeping idea next time poking me in the fog ... was perhaps the data is limited? You can see the difference synonymous to a video monitor or television?
Antwort von Marco:
Differences in the color display when encoding and decoding of DV are not uncommon (while the data rate for DV is indeed fixed).

Antwort von Markus:
Or times this approach is: Which DV codec was used for?
Antwort von Der_KHAN:
boah now, I must first consider. the film is in fact ever been on my plate and I have only now found the time with me to the next topic to be addressed.
I've captured with nem Canopus ADVC-55 to deliver the already directly as DV s.wenn I remember correctly. and then I am quite sure I use the source material with VirtualDub or VirtualDubMod geschnitten hab. but it should be yes in the direct-stream copy mode have been possible, without re-encoding.
the only codec with whom I've worked so it is with the Canopus Edius mitliefert. 4:51 Edius runs for me with this project:

Antwort von Marco:
And when the finished video in Edius to occur? Since everything is probably ok, right?
Marco
Antwort von Der_KHAN:
nee, is synonymous even brighter
Antwort von Markus:
Very odd!
I would be next settings of the codec check (Control Panel> Sounds and Audio Devices> Hardware> Video Codecs (double click)> Properties> codec from the list> Properties ...).
If there is not the cause can be identified, I would have a different DV codec integrated into the system and try it so.
