Halo,
I have two very good digital cameras on PAL-based. Edits are home-recorded digital video on Casablanca. Is followed by a store back on mini-DV tape or DV tape to SonyDHR 1000th All overdubs done digitally via the DV port or FireWire. What possibilities exist to transfer this very good data recording digitally on the LCD screen on the TV. The Television has, unfortunately, only two HDMI inputs. It lacks the DV input. Is there a signal transducer of DV to DVI or HDMI?
Thanks for the help. The German television manufacturer Metz lion and keep a low profile and say that such a data-connection would not be provided.

S.Computer TV connected via DVI / HDMI (with appropriate GFX card) and watch preview :-)
PS: Directly on DV signal is removed out of Camera s.TV I think not.

Thank you for your message. Are you sure that the analog transmission of digital data on tape (and I stress uncompressed on tape), the digital interface on the DV (FireWire) and a new generation with LCD television, a Resolutionvon 1366x768 p and HDTV (high - Ready) in the image quality is not inferior? Until now, the analog transmission was always associated with loss of quality.

Thank you for your message. DVI / HDMI adapter to get is not a problem. It's about connecting DV (FireWire) s.Television to HDMI.
Why is the television industry donated No IR port s.Bidschirm?

would require a graphics card or an external converter with DV In and Out DVI or HDMI. The question is, there is something? I do not think that the television industry is prepared to a DV Anshluß s.LCD-provided monitor.

Newer LCD / Plasma screens have DVI inputs with which you can connect directly from the computer :-)
Most Grakas' have DVI Aussgänge which can be easily used via DVI / HDMI adapter.
So:

In order to connect what MiniDV camcorder is it really about? I'm so far gone out of an SD device, not HDV or so.

Which gives the image data from a binary system, and one television would need a powerful interpreter for Sowas.
