I can summarize in search of a multiplexing software (Linux or Windows) with whom I single MPEG program streams (PS) to a multi-program transport stream (MPTS) - as used eg for DVB-T transmission -.

P rogram
S TREAM of PES files. I am looking for a tool that ultiple ready MPEG PS to
M P rogram
T ransport
S TREAM bundles - comparatively a transponder contains several Programs.
