is available for After Effects and Premiere, a plugin for DVCPro HD, the hardware is not dependent (similar to FinalCutPro)?

THE synonymous'd be interested in flames! Does anybody know whether one with an appropriate plugin directly inside of Premiere, the material of one DVCPRO DVCPRO deck or a camera can capture via firewire? If it does not work with Premiere, is there another tool with which it works? [windows pc]
