There's a rule of thumb, the bitrate for different lengths of film is appropriate.
- Up to 60 min CBR 8 Mb
- Up to 90 min 6 Mb VBR
- Up to 120 min 4 Mb VBR
In the Export menu, there are corresponding presets, without a lot of basic knowledge are suitable.
