If I have understood correctly, behave DVD Rams like hard disk drives. Then I müste but synonymous s.PC DVD Rams can use to save for example files there.
The drive s.meinem PC but says: "the drive is write protected."
Is it possible to change this?

DVD-RAMs what do you use: The cartridge or the "naked"? The cartridge has (also) a switch for write protection, the DVD-RAM without the protective cover only the software write protection.
If there are perhaps the cause of the problem?
