Someone knows if / how to turn a PAL project in DVD Studio Pro NTSC Project makes? I would s.liebsten course, simply replace the films.

difficult, it simply is not. There are very specific tools can. The problem is: Pal = 25 frames per second = 50 fields, NTSC = 30 frames a second = 60 fields.
The reason for this development were the old tube TV s.jeweiligen the grid hung. In Europe, the electricity flows with 50 Hz, in America with 60 Hz, since the CRT was easier.
(Hopefully I will not soon be crucified because I love the facts on the air-with-the-mouse-level 'runterzubrechen lach ...)
Fortunately, the majority of DVD players now play both standards. But when it's absolutely necessary: I know there are hardware tools to make it good, the software comes with no grade tool. I guess you already have a PAL and a NTSC version.
Then secure your PAL Project. Then you delete the mpeg in the timeline (Chapter markers will remain), the sound you can make it, then from the media list. Now you can of PAL to NTSC conversion. Then you have the NTSC importierst Mpeg and uses them. Not tried, but it should actually work. Feedback welcome.

Thank you. It works, if the MPEG clips deletes - both from the tracks as synonymous from the menu. Then you can switch to NTSC Project and deploy new clips.
To convert I Nattres G. Standards Converter V2.5 (100 $) is used. So far, the colors I have too much vermatscht. Since you can still do something. Movements look very good. Text (Photoshop layers) appear to be not simply transfer it. The PAL saw everything better.
For more tips, I am very grateful to be here but all the evidence down.

Unfortunately it's nothing more to do, because these tools only change the timing but not the correct color ..... no scrap-buying tool!

Maybe yes kenst you a better tool? This would be a good place, the community participate in it. From a 100 - $ tool, you can of course not the same as expected of a 100,000-$ hardware encoder.
