Simple spoken: I have a DVD in NTSC format, would like to copy this s.PC and a DVD in PAL format to find out.
What software (preferably freeware) s.besten and how do I do that?

First of thanks for the quick response.
True, that can most DVD players that, but my own. However, my television is not properly processed and indicates the NTSC DVDs only in black and white (again s.Television must lie, I have a DVD player connected to another device s.meinen and playback was flawless). And that bugs me, of course.
Therefore, I would like to convert the whole into a PAL DVD.
Is it really so complicated and that actually goes along with a strong quality loss?
Would love to try it anyway.
