Hello and good day
own a unit of the source indicated in the title DR 4040
of the universe.
After about three years, recognizes the box almost no new DVD + and - RW
and a new firmware for the burner I do not.
The built-in burner is of BenQ Model: DF1.
BenQ itself will not help me because I s.Quelle should apply.
Source Technology Department said after fifteen minutes phone call,
I should but the thing a friend and sell me then
new unit growth.
Who can give me in this community give an advice
or knows of a device or assembled in the burner unit.

yes the drive is cleaned and normal DVD, so be synonymous recognized.

The box has lost 500.00 Euros.
