I have for some time a dvd burned with private videos, now I want to change the menu, the videos runterziehen and assemble everything is new, what program is suitable s.besten to pull down the videos?

But you just have the vob files into the new DVD project and draw s.The new entry points to customize the menu structure. The remnants of the old menus you can ignore. Where are the entry points, you can find out with Ifoedit.
Will you also have new video material and / or re-cut the existing material?
Then you need 1 / editing program with one VOB import option. That could have for example the freeware Virtualdub-MPEG2.
And 2 / you'd have to encode the result in whole or in part, by new MPEG2. There are a MPEG2 encoder. Or some DVD authoring programs can miterledigen synonymous.
