I have a DVD (original Sergio Leone Il Colosso Di Rodi), this I can on a PC with Picture and Sound Play, s.anderen only the sound. Now, I think on the PC is missing a codec? How can I find out what I still need to make it synonymous S.2. PC works?

DVD-Video, video content to MPEG1 or MPEG2, where each PC of MPEG1 standard is supported. It is therefore likely that a MPEG2 decoder is missing.

Operating on both PCs is WINXP, once in English, one in German. Playback software, which I tried on both PCs have Windows Media Player, InterVideo WinDVD, PowerDVD (all 3 on both PCs). The DVD is dual layer, 137min, 16:9, PAL Coulours, Greek Subtitles, Dolby Digital ... (do not know if what might help).

So the problem exists with all DVDs, no preference whether older or newer movies. DVD Players play DVDs from any problems. What I now have added as an attachment, the video codecs on the PC are functioning. In contrast to this are on the PC is still not functioning in addition ffdshow, Muffyuv, Xvid available, there are no ACDV and MPEG4. Can the solution be?

Can the solution be? Unlikely. WinDVD and PowerDVD bring everything needed with DVD, install it but not necessarily system-wide.
If the problem with all types of DVDs there, I would be on the graphics card or its drivers (settings) concentrate. Show synonymous times on both computers in WinDVD and PowerDVD to see if the video output of different things are set.
