Frage von Peter06:
Is there a program to transfer data (not video) via Firewire to a MiniDV camcorder to bring in and they play back when needed?
Had a good but cheap backup solution ... 13 GB for around 2 euros.

has ever made who?
Antwort von robbie:

jo, hab ichs tried ... has worked quite well I must say ;)...
but holding it is somewhat tedious ... synonymous because you hold the data on the band playing 1:1 and 1:1 back zurückkopierst ...
the 13gb per miniDV tape agree, however, not quite, I think it will be achieved 10GB .... because more error is written ...
if you really plan to tape to save, then I still recommend a "proper" storage solution (DLP) ...
with the MiniDV is probably more of a gimmick: P
