After I got the whole day so rumgeärgert, have ichs packed now that it will work again.
For all the times to encounter the same problem, which should help:
- Completely remove Adobe Master Suite
- Load the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and install (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301)
- Adobe CS4 load Cleanup and run as described on the page

- PC restarting
- All folders on C: \ look for the "Adobe", read and delete. In particular, in the user profile
- Install new Adobe CS4
