Would like to see a second hand Canon XM1 growth, but before the films directly on the notebook up.

nö purely about firewire, cut program and start recording.

No tape in the drive. The other is on standby, and then switches the camcorder after 5 minutes.
In the Viewfinder blinks then the whole time the "no tape in it" icon. There you will get used to.
