Frage von Logan:Hello
I use the WinTV PVR USB2 and WinTV2000
When you digitize VHS videos of s. below the screen there is an ugly distortion. The source material is played on a TV when there io device does not experience these errors.
Has anyone any idea what's the problem?
Thank you very much

Antwort von martinsw:
Ignore it. This is (if that's what I think anyway) in the overscan area of the TV. Will no longer interfere afterward, just as it has not been disturbed since it is in the overscan area.
Antwort von Logan:
Hmmm ....
so now what I've read about overscan is not necessarily true.
The range of of this disorder is concerned, sehrwohl be seen on the television and not to cut off the overscan area as it surely should be.

Antwort von Markus:
Hello,
s. below the screen is the distortion in analog consumer video systems completely normal. If I do overdubs and these disturbances s.Videomonitor (overscan mode) are visible, I cut out the relevant picture lines away easily. A narrow, black border falls to less than a quivering line.
