Hi,
my problem is the bit rate setting for DivX. I do this while in the codec VirtualDubMod window of any increase (for example, 100 000 kbit / s), but it remains, according to GSpot, with an average video bitrate of about 3325 kbit / s. DivX gives her no more, or simply the maximum quality is achieved?

The maximum quality is reached, extreme target bit rate that you will be entering not pushed for it.
Disable B-frames, psycho-visual enhancements and set the keyframe interval to 10 instead of 250 (not recommended), then the file will be larger.

Coder but rather with a fixed bit rate rather with a quantizer value. If you let this one on, then you can 100% expect that produces the maximum quality DivX.
If you absolutely want to have oversized files, you should prefer to attack x264 as an encoder, which allows them in the so-called CRF (Constant Rate Factor = run constant quality). It is
CRF = 18-20 as the same quality as DivX in Q2
CRF = 14-16 similar quality as DivX in Q1 and
CRF = 0 "lossless" (and therefore large)
PS: In the manual parameter settings you should not fiddle the way, because that can affect the results qualitatively.
