Hi,
I have the Video Deluxe 2007 now worried and wanted to leave my videos that I with my SonyDCR-SR70 to have cut.
When I see the clips insert into my project I get the message "Dolby Digital stereo codec is not yet released"
My question: can I synonymous to the Dolby Digital Stereo Codec and renounce my videos with a normal stereo / mono sound edit, or will I be forced to activate my product?

So it looks like you have either the sound from the video previously separate, or try with the plugin.
I do not believe that the world will cost and if they worked well but is a significant labor savings.

Many facilities do not exist, the purchase of the AC3 codec to circumvent. Eva has already described what you have to detour to be.

If the program on the Windows codecs back, the chances are not bad, but if it is on the internal decoding is you have the soundtrack but in an external program to extract it or just the codec for the program to buy.

... last but not least, there are many freeware / shareware programs, with which you have a AC3 soundtrack in a normal stereo Tonspurformat can convert. Usually you have to but the soundtrack for the video only disconnect (Demuxxen).

hm hab no decent solution and the codec released.
Find it pretty brash but I for my money a program with limited functions do.
