Hello!
After my first two double-layer burning experiments have failed (at the first burn with Ulead Video Studio 8, the Double Layer with 8X DVD (!) Burned at the second attempt with Nero 6 told me the program at the burn the second layer of a "Kalibirierungsfehler" had occurred) now a question in the round before I perhaps unnecessarily zerbrenne blanks.
In previous postings I read them on the double layer hardly any standalone DVD player s.TV would be playable.
How are there so Your experience now, at the end of 2006?
Possibly. synonymous someone can give me a program to say with which I, my first double layer is created do without the above error to cash. Maybe I should just synonymous the latest versions available?

In a calibration error would I rather have a hardware problem than a software type.
So give it a whirl with 4 times, maybe then it works.
Nero works as well, even burn DL with no problems.
The DL-DVDs until now ran in a few different current DVD players without any major problems. Surely there are one or the other is not a DL reads, but the great part comes with ease.
With older models, looks, in fact, something of a problem.

As I've researched the meantime, a calibration error is usually that of the burner with the blank and its properties is not clear.
Is because a purchasable DVD with a movie on it is not synonymous actually a double layer DVD? Afterward, a burned so practically the same?
