I have a Dual / Double Layer DVD Burners increased and would now like to burn 8.5GB on a DVD9. I know that I have to split my project into two projects, because the layer break. Encore help now says that I must play out the Project in each case only once on a DLT (Digital Linear Tape) or copy. Is that true? DVDlabPro So when you create a normal DVD and not even trouble yourself about whether it followed by a DVD-5 or DVD to 9th Then create stinknormal export or VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS leave.
Open Nero, select double-layer burner, import Video_TS. Burn. Works wonderfully.
Synonymous in DVDlabPro You can set the layer break manually. But this is only interesting stamping plants for export to DVD, press the thousands of pieces. I have burned with the first two DL media, until I was behind it, everything works fine if I DL and do not completely ignore promotions.
Should be similar for Encore. Just try it, forget it with the two projects do, as if you want to burn single layer.

All well and good, but what do you do when you have footage in addition to the VIDEO-TS synonymous nor DVD-Rom folder where you want to with the disc? I create the folder with Encore, Nero does not recognize them. I create an image that method can not be burned using ImgBurn on DL. If I try it on the very simple way and burn it with Encore, is a business failure.
I despair. If someone has an idea how to solve it?

DVD-ROM content omitted erstmal.
Create Video DVD in Encore, specify size of the project on double-layer. Exporting from Encore into a DVD folder.
Nero open, create VideoDVD Project. Importing From Encore Video-TS folder created in the Project. DVD-ROM content to add.
Burn. Done.
I've never done, but should actually work without hesitation.

As described above was synonymous my approach. Up to the point where I wanted to burn it. No matter what disc I had loaded, I got an error message of Nero 7 that the letter of disc-at-once was not possible. A copy of the Nero logs, please read the
www.jean-pierre-papstein.de/Log.txt - if one can see what.
I've tried it synonymous with several blanks from different vendors and tried almost every burning program. Even without a DVD-ROM section. Without success.
Finally, since a solution was drigend, I have the DVD is compressed, so they fit on a 4.7 DVD-R disc. There was no problem to burn more. Nevertheless, I look next for an error, because in the end it was before about one fourth year with another blank synonymous possible. Whoever did not even creative, innovative ideas, or synonymous absurd, they can tell me happy. Once I have a solution, I will report extensively.
