Hello,
after raw DV tapes stacked in my office, I would like the issue of digital archiving will soon tackle.
Since I have no other disks in my living room to purchase several more DVD's like, I imagine my home videos on a NAS in a format which s.weitgehenst loss and b) the option to allow further processing to archiving.
Using streaming client such as Netgear EVA8000 times when he will be available, I would like the movie directly from the network neighborhood on the TV stream, or anywhere in the house can view via PC.
In what format should I use the DV film archive?
Has anyone experience with this and possibly tips or suggestions?

archive is always in full quality (AVI DV PAL or DV-PAL Quicktimnes)
