HDMI = DVI plus digital audio
There are adapter from one port to another and end with cable s.einen DVI s.anderen end with HDMI.
As with HDMI 1.3 (DVI looks credible s.and now I know not.
Then there's synonymous but still analog DVI which I do not believe it is compatible with HDMI.
