EDIUS 5.5 can be downloaded of registered users, AVCHD clips work on my quad 4x2, 83GHz properly without jerky even with effects and transitions

Habs installed yesterday. Simply brilliant. My dual-core 2.4GHz is almost back AVCHD smoothly. Even with some image adjustment effects (YUV-curve) in real time over the HD-Storm. Such a performance gain I had not expected. For smaller projects without a lot of effects and tracks can I save myself the change in the Intermediate Codec. For that alone was worth the free update.
