Whether you'll earn money or not, you should under no circumstances upload videos of which you know that others have the broadcasting rights. Videos of sporting events or concerts or TV recordings are taboo!
Everything takes place in public space but should be OK. Unless you violate any privacy rights.
The normal approach to copyright infringements on Youtube is that your video simply delete them. I know of no case in which an uploader would have been convicted.
Money you can now with every Youtube, Revver, myspace or dailymotion video earn, if you are http://adhoc.blinkx.com/ logs and videos, plus advertising in its Page fitting.
