Love film community!
Although I have already searched the forum but nothing found exactly what I'm looking for:
I want to create Filmriss Effect, ie the film is playing in the projector "tear" ...
I could imagine so;
- Film begins to run slower
- The image will be visible gaps
- By varying speeds to get the feeling the film would change the direction of the play, similar to eienr car wheel or a helicopter rotor.
- Now the sound is distorted, and possibly a deeper sound of the projector of its engine "shutdown"
- Shortly before the Picture nurnoch shows a frame image as a writer's white film plus pollution and shaking etc. ..
Does anyone know how this could go? You have the right and left so somehow synonymous with the film edge perforations see?
I tested already with each frame on which mask, but modest :-(

Thanks for the quick help! My "Filmriss" does not look like him, I have presented to me initially, but is likely more realistic. The only problem is the sound, the ramp time is more so wooooooaaaaaaaa matrix Klische and not directly to the effect that I would like to achieve. In the movies I have a pseudo-tear experienced (in his trailer) and there was more of a mechanical noise. Had something realistic?

Man people ... Does not matter if the thread-starter from the popular Filmrisseffekt realistic in today's cinema projectors could happen or not? He wants simply to look and asked how he could realize it! Can you completely but his trial, whether a "genuine Filmriss" then run WOULD!
Help him but simply to build the effect, if you know how! Maybe you can estimate your Hirnschmalz then synonymous analogy for what you use more realistic after the questioner for this project has to use.

@ Axel: I think such a thing would be for the mortal admissions but perfectly understandable is not it? A real "film fire" would be my opinion not so evident when synonymous realistic.
Yes squeaking tires on gravel, which is just as enjoyable as permanent fire from a pistol.

I would like you already synonymous in my previous post on a more immediate problem solving and your tip given. In AE I'm the worst advisers.
If you are in Final Cut Pro are trying to, you need probably several tracks / footage:
1. The Filmperforation - Slightly reduced, thus synonymous in this picture is visible, Chromakey on the transparency of white units, so that your images are visible.
2. Two tracks for your footage, so that the image error bar is visible (ie feet up, heads down - trim and move).
3. footage of the "melting", the last frames.
Then a lot of keyframes.
That of me (with the keywords: burn-film effect, footage, tutorial, etc.) found YT video is overwritten with AE presets. Maybe you come on the guy called web address next. The Google hits my inquiry was synonymous nor other sources such as creativecow ... listed. AE experts can determine their usefulness to solve your problem better judge.
