Hello!
I wanted a series of 37 impacts a la 20 minutes (Death Note) completely on a DVD-DL and burn to a small menu, so that you complete all the consequences can play but synonymous select individual consequences. The 37 sequences are combined 6.22 GB large and has been compressed with Xvid. The import and create the menus is somewhat synonymous geklappt (except that he very often is based).
After I finished with the authoring was I wanted to create the DVD, it was shocking for the DVD 12GB marked as used, although the source material is only 6.22 GB in size.
My first question is why Encore shows me such a big file size?
Is not it possible the video files just like to leave as they are? The Xvid codec but can remain, or not?

Hello Milania,
Adobe Encore is a DVD authoring program and create the best of my knowledge the only (!)-Specification video DVDs, but not any DivX DVDs (= data DVDs). Apparently there since a Umkomprimierung in MPEG2 or instead is an indication of the capacity has already been taken into account.

Mylenium how are you on illegally downloaded files? Death Note is a non-licensed Free Sub. And I have the DVD menu, synonymous only fun thing s.der created.
Then I have one question: when you create so you can at the field "Disc Info" pages, there are a DVD-DL mean? or DVDs of the top and bottom of can be described?
Would it therefore possible that I unkmprimieren leave the Encore and the dan on 2 DVD DL burning? And how would this affect the individual behavioral consequences?

Encore is then distributed at its discretion. You could up the manual layer break set to no dropouts in the middle of the film to get.

It is best to whom I am now doing 2 different menus and because the consequences individually spread, but the work here is not as I would like.
I thought it s.besten is 2 new projects in which, (for each DVD Project) just like the things I can in my current project are still available (cut-resistant, menus) in the new projects to import?
Who would be dumb because I now have to do everything again ...

That is unfortunately not as you wish. Theoretically, you could be the Project on the hard drive just to copy and rename, but unfortunately comes Encore still confused, because the references in the cache and the media database is no longer correct. You can try it some day, but at your own risk. On it would be more realistic, the menus by using drag & drop into the library to consider and then quasi caching. Then you can at least save the design. The links, however, you must then re-create.

EDIT: I have made a special menu where you can select different consequences, because there are always 4 to follow in a menu, it is synonymous to see a preview, now I just noticed that I egtl 15 seconds preview set, but after 15 seconds to play the next video still could be the reason for the large menu be?
