I work for the first time with Encore CS3 and would like to select Menuvorlage. Unfortunately, however, in view of the library not only Menuvorlage to select? Is this normal?

If you still ne old version of Encore installed, you can simply there of the contents of the folder "C: \
Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Encore
VersionX \ Library \ ..." into its equivalent in CS3 copy, then you have your library again.
Or go to a friend that is not complete installation and copy the folder of you there to you.
If you are not an old version or no friends, then just install Encore CS3 drüber again and make sure you have "libraries" with install!
