Hmm, have Encore 2.0 is currently not Ready for Action. But play the function of only one chapter is new in 2.0, did not exist in 1.5. Accordingly, I assume that somewhere (with your link button in the Options dialog of the button or the link evt) is an option which will encourage it to play that only a chapter.

Hello,
Encore refers to the end action on the relevant timeline.
For each of the Timeline You can define only one end action.
If you need different end actions you must only import the clips you want into different timeline.
Then you can assign any desired timeline end action (eg menu, or the Timeline with) the desired sequence clips.
