Error code 28th Who can help me? On the JVC Page is available for Kammera no drivers to download. The attached software I installed. But there is no special software for the Camera.

Hi Frank,
as information about your PC configuration is fairly sparse, you have two options for the time being.
1. You bypass the USB - problem by keeping your camera connects via Firewire
2. If you Google

I think the former would be easier.
This is not Anmacher, but the troubleshooting is too complex. You can of course only try, whether in the first ten articles a solution for you is ready to serve.
