I once got a general question like you your video of AE CS4 exported. Whichever format you decide you?

I've tried different codecs with varying success.
To get the best quality of the DV stream is probably the best. Of course, synonymous the file size accordingly.

I had exported a 15 second clip as a DV stream (16:9) and wanted to edit it in Premiere and then convert or with the encoder, as 250MB is a bit too much rum. But with Premiere and the video encoder is black and white distorted.

I am now using the avi format with the DV-Pal Compression.

But what is the default setting, it used the rule (ie, no special share for hd, ect.)?

I take mostly JPEG compression (with mov container)

The question is where you want to go!? Say what will happen with your render?
