Rudi had in this article:
http://www.slashcam.de/artikel/Tips/ Canon HV20 image parameter professionally-kontrollieren.html described a trick to the image parameters of the HV20 to better control. If you have a SD card slot for photos in, you can see in the video mode, the photo shutter button halfway durchdrücken and looks right at the bottom of the display the current aperture (eg 2.8).
When I try on my HV30, this does not display, even though I have an SD card in it did. Instead, it flashes a red bottom left icon.
Canon HV30 because s.der changed or what am I doing wrong?

Is it synonymous with you so that if you have the photo shutter button halfway runterdrückst then left down a red indicator blinks?
Antwort von painter:
Hello,
HV30 with my concerns. Photo button press and the values appear.
Perhaps you have something off the menu?
I'm not sure, but there are certainly a setting somewhere for photo operation "On" in the video mode? I'm just too lazy to look myself ...;-)

Also in Video mode on Func. go, then left down to the photo mode, tap, and then photo resolution (zb.1920 * 1080) select. Then select ... or superfine, if pos. is off to flash it like you've described!
