1. I will soon buy the Canon HV20, search ensure ext. Microphone for general pictures but very good quality.
2. Search synonymous an adapter ring of 43mm to 72 mm for a wide-angle converter.
Can anyone recommend something?

Adapter ring of 43mm to 72 mm The jump is quite large, so it probably does not ring of this kind exist. You can but with the combination of two adapters rings remedy: for example 43 to 52 and 52 to 72nd There is usof Hama and Kaiser in any photo shop.

Of course, the HV20 has an input for an external Mirkofon. On the Canon website can not only download a data sheet but synonymous extensive visual material on this camcorder. The data, however, only shows that the camcorder has an external microphone input features. To what kind of is, is (I think) are not subjects. Before you purchase an Adapter Rings (I know so extreme adapter synonymous only incidentally from American shops) I would try whether the WW-optical converter ever fits. I had the times of my WW-Converter Canon G3 digital camera connected to filter threads of my Canon XM1 video camera screwed (was even the same filter diameter 58 mm), but only in a completely distorted picture has revealed. So the converter must have a rough s.die Optics adapted. Furthermore, I would fear that a WW-Converter with 72 mm diameter sauschweres giant glass part is made of soft HV20, the same filter thread rausreißt. : (

Kleiner Nachtrag still Microphone, which is where I grade of WW-Converter read.
The Sennheiser MKH-300 (similar or synonymous) are happy to put the flash shoe and usually have a length of 20-25 cm. Ie, they are slightly longer than the camcorder to the front and slightly above. At wide angle it can therefore happen that the Microphone tip is in the Picture.

The HV 10 has AV IN / OUT, just like the HV 20, one has accessory shoe (not HV 10) and a 3.5 mm stereo jack microphone input.
