Hello,
have a video recorded last week at a football game. While I (an external microphone, Sennheiser MKE 400) had not taken this but, as the quality synonymous with the first recording was quite ok.

Here is a video in about 4 weeks with good sound quality (;) is also without an external microphone:

Has anybody an idea? Eventually, the Micro has already broken? Camera is just over a month. Thanks for your help already times in advance.
PS: It is not s.der Video Editing been synonymous since the original files have a very bad sound.

In the "bad" video, the missing treble and the bass is also hardly present.
If you can carry in the camera a "Factory Reset", then I would try it once with it. Ifs still does not work, then back to the Manufacturer.
