in your timeline at the top left is RT - if you open several options should be visible - the 2nd option "unlimited real-time RT" and activate the bottom next to dynamically 2x!
(if the options you can not see it in the settings to be configured - Manual or under RT Extreme Help!)

What video format? Which format is the timeline? What are the effects you apply to? If you have the material only as to the timeline throw, is it green, yellow, red or there is no bar in the timeline? RT What settings do you have in the timeline enabled?
