From any point, which is public, you can turn what you want. And not just private. What happens outside on the street, may be synonymous filmed.
The only exception would be if you shoot at the outside of a toilet, or would such stories ...

"Professionals" would certainly turn off the flash ...

The last time I looked at the Sky-Arena in Frankfurt: A visitor snapped with his digital camera, a Picture at a time and was annoyed every time that the picture which appeared on the screen, so that was not what's on the skyline shone. And he constantly photographed next ... And each time with Flash!
An isolated case was not that night. Many visitors had some digital toys here and tried to capture the spectacle. As far as I could observe, were always made the same mistakes and over again.
I guess people read the manuals of their equipment properly and / or begin to have little idea of the technical and optical connections and / or not modified, they have apparently synonymous not enough interest to let the Geknipse to and with the pictures. ;-)

So I have the World Cup matches so far follows a daily basis and I can come to the television images only one conclusion:
Shooting and photography is allowed!
Although I've read that stress are synonymous, but in many camcorders and digicam I've seen there should be no Prob.
And honestly, what are you there, should be able to take pictures as synonymous nich knipsen 100 Other professional than you? (and then further processing synonymous faster.) The intake s.Stadion are synonymous only human, and even if they have stupid regulations of the top, they are (in my experience it) very kullant.

Of course, I came out ahead of them synonymous, that the shooting / photography there is no problem.
The face of regulatory madness of FIFA times but then I would seek the views of others.
I have of me now to confirm nem friend that probably was not a problem: he was in Berlin on the fan mile and has meant that more people WITH Stillimage camcorder or run around as NO. :-)
Well, Saturday `s is going on.
Let's see what to expect and what it can capture s.geilen pictures.
