hey people
can one of you one probably me. I can open and pull viedeos on the pc wants to help my camera yesterday I bought my new fire wire card and installed my pc (; presumably xp) has recognized these synonymous and installed but now when I program my arrangement (magix easy) (; jvc camcorder) do not recognize. what?

First of all cameras via Firewire is never "hot pluggable". This means only ran the cable and only then the switch cam when the progam is open.
