Hello,
both on TV, as synonymous in many incredible Internet movies, there are always scenes where I wonder
"Can such scenes without the consent of the people depicted use"?
My first impulse "Ne, we must not", but just as I am firmly convinced that on the one hand, no explicit declarations of the people filmed are available, let alone that they were ever asked.

Upon entering the church, several people filmed, some do not get with it, others are just very briefly to see.
To do it then so easy?
And what can happen when someone who later on exactly the ones filmed this video encounters, and explains that he does not agree.
Can you be sued?
Or because I am thinking too much? Because if it happens, the person simply rausgenommen? And ready.

The question is whether the persons the subject or not. The church-goers, in the video deprecating look into the camera (not included in the totals, but directly s.der door), were perfectly entitled to use her image to deny. People in a mass (bustle in the pedestrian zone, contribution: Purchase lust unabated despite the crisis, a snake in front of the Eiffel tower, church-goers

not want to be filmed. So I would not do it. If I need the setting, I would ask if they agree. A No is a No a Yes Yes. So you should be nice (read Kant, no sections).
