Good day, I would like to know how I am with Final Cut Studio 2 correctly capture! I work with mac and wonder if there is only the recording in mov format is possible! Neither during nor at Premiere Final Cut is the avi recording supported!
What should I do on mac with Final Cut to record a good quality to be achieved?
If I were in footage on Apple Quicktime and absorb the whole thing with an avi-recording of a Windows PC's see, the mov file qualitatively much worse!
I hope this stupid problem for advanced a solution to get!

"Avi" or "Mov" says nothing about the used codec. There are file names, with which one (if you do not Korinthenkacker is) the same digital data can sockets, just when the codec (the camera when recording) is the same.
To say that Avi on Windows is better than (the currently used) Quicktime from Final Cut Pro, it's to say, the old medium Gouda here does not taste as good as cheese.
