Frage von Babaluba:Hi!
I have a perennial problem and have not yet found a real solution, I'll cut to s.and for a company several contributions.
The company standard is DVCPro50 and in the format I have to leave my clips in the end.
I often receive the material filmed in HDV codec, then cut the payment in the normal FCPro And when I'm finished, hit me all in a DVCPro50 and play out the entire sequence on tape.
Actually, it all goes pretty well synonymous ONLY
When I FCPro in the speed of the material (change faster or slower), then the whole sequence begins in the DVCPro to jerk the animal ... I think that related to the Fields with HDV DVCPro = odd = even.
When I finished the editing in the HDV, DVCPro copy sequence, then move all the clips get the "field" effect used car.
Well, everything works strangely well anyway, unless I change the clip speed. I tried the Flicker filter, fields dissolve (deinterlace) ... Different, but still jerky and jerked.
Can I give as an a tip, or what I do is wrong, or perhaps not at all. At least, I can not spend time effects, partly as a real pity: (.

If 90% do not present a problem, it just may walk only the clips were, "s.Rande" with DVCPro50 Compressor and then import them into the timeline.
Format change, change timing, deinterlacing, all this makes Final Cut synonymous itself, but it is usually the quick & dirty solution. At variable playback speed images are doubled or omitted, the scaling of "i" is an "open" timeline is not always good (usually only a Preview problem after rendering okay), means and deinterlacing, sometimes swiftly throwing away 50% of the image information, permanently .
These things done in better quality compressor in a quality that you could get the "best" tuning. It's worth the relatively short querzulesen Manual at least once.
