Frage von KlausZ:Hello,
knows someone, whether it is possible to material that is available directly in HDV as DV (less resolution, less space) on hard drive to banish?
I would have advantages, the material in the original condition (1080i) in Final Cut Pro to edit it later when it comes to DVD, except those in the stabilization or cropping, etc.?
Thanks - Klaus.
PS: With the "Record" (title) I am importing from tape to hard drive

some players or cams offer a direct down-convert the above to play. Whether this is better now than when the new material as 1080i PAL ausspielt I can not answer you ...
gruß, klaas.

Many in this forum basically give the Council that it is better to the material in HDV and then to cut a DVD to burn. The material is not equal to twice a compressed image quality is better. I personally have with my two Canon HV30 Cams XhA1 and experience that through the pictures in the Herunterkonvertieren a narrow black lines line directly under the upper bar is visible. This line then I had to cut away at the issue, so even more image loss. So if your computer brings the power, I would like to cut HDV.
Many greetings

Skip to cut HDV. The space required for HDV and DV is the same.

Format: HDV, HDV 1080i50 setting
Sequence: pixel format HD (1440x1080) and Compressor HDV 1080i50
?
Did I forget what, what should I look?
Klaus.

Stop it with Einzelgefusel! The individual settings Beginners only bring confusion. How are you doing it better: "Easy Setup: HDV 1080/50i"
Antwort von KlausZ:
Right. That was only the settings, if I under the simple configuration "HDV 1080/50i" one telle. Just wanted to make sure again that I am not yet what must change in order to possibly obtain quality optimizations ;-)
Antwort von PowerMac:
No, that's all right;)
