Frage von luzyde:Hello forum, we have purchased a Canon XHA1 and we try desperately uins issue HD einzufinden. Okay, filmed is HD, 16:9, we have 2 tests done with once again with 50i and 25f (you can choose yes s.der Camera). Then the files with iMovie of the Camera withdrawn -> mov.Dateien. Now the import into Final Cut 5.0.4 .. This already
1. Question about the preferences: simple configurations (as recommended in the forum) HDV 1080i50. Is that correct? For recordings in 25f mode? What makes Final Cut because with the difference in 50i and 25f recorded material, it can be anywhere in a file handle?
2. Imports mov. the files into Final Cut, it appears the red render bar for the video material (in our current computer files had always rendered audio, which went very quickly). The mov-parts to render lasts long total, more memory is needed? Or what is not true with the default settings, because suddenly rendered video instead of audio needs to be ...

Antwort von Kino:
Hello Luzy,
what's that for a Final Cut Pro version? I've synonymous Final Cut Pro 5 from Studio 1, but this is now at 5.1.4. updateable.
If you now have to go through iMovie and save directly into Final Cut Pro with "Log and Capture" reads, there should be a re-render accounts.
As a simple configuration you choose HDV 1080i50 or HDV 1080p25.
Already tried?

Unverschämterweise If I may ask one more thing, if your files exportierst how are you doing this?
I just wanted to HD filming and cutting, but to export as a DV Pal. So far, I have the simple with the Quick Time movie made to export (current settings). Now do I: My Settings -> HD 1440x1080, odd rows, 25, DV-Pal. Is that OK?
When I look at earnings in Quicktime, I have a warrior Schreck, one sees the film, but very grottig, the s.Quicktime? I invite the exported DV video file but again in Final Cut, looks good, just a little bit worse than the original Final Cut Pro file. Is this normal?
The questions may sound bit strange, but such problems, I had somehow never been ... sighs luzyde
Antwort von Axel:
25p is only s.5.1.4 supported s.da there is the sequence setting HDV 1080 25p. Without this is only "i" is possible, and this looks a lot Quicktime notoriously muddy, since the QT-Player of the worst of all possible deinterlacer used. The VLC offers the> video> deinterlace several options.
With or without logging: The recording of Final Cut Pro as the "HDV" spared any rendering.

Hello!
I would like to dranhängen here, because I had a similar problem: I cut s.einem larger video (Final Cut Express HD 3.5.1). Üblerweise have some of the DV tapes with the original recordings to water and are therefore a share for logging no longer useful. Random but was part of the material before the injury time spent on iMovie and saved on DVD (mov). One of those mov files I have now into the FC Project imported, but now synonymous the problem that after each small change the entire file to be rendered, which is approximately 2 hours long! Can we somehow convert the file or compress so that rendering deleted?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Regards, Juliane
Antwort von Axel:
Juliane Salut,
"DV tapes" is called "DV"? Or "HDV"? In iMovie you have. Mov output (instead of. Dv) and on DVD-Rom saved? Two hours to render? Never and never.
Despite the chaos codec here a tip:
If FCE will render the material, and you want it
synonymous (eg, because your real options through a totally exotic codec are exhausted and "red" show), then press # + r. If everything is rendered, export "as an independent film," current settings. Den you can re-import and need the original footage is not more.
At first look, but after what you have searched for material and sequence settings to what would fit.
